Everyone seems to have a problem
Alot of people seem to have a problem with me hanging out with Rafael. I learned that he was my friend Karens' ex-boyfriend. (Dating at age 11??!?!?) Karen is at a different Jr. High, but somehow she got the news that I was hanging out with her "ex." While I was in science class, my friend Ivette gave me a envelope with my name on it. I opened it and took the letter out, and it said something like:

"Dear Andrea,
I hear you've been hanging out with Rafael. Be careful girl, he's bad. if you guys become girlfriend and boyfriend, be careful, cause when he sees a girl that's prettier, he'll dump you and leave you sad. So you guys should just stay friends.

                                 Anonymous."

I got mad, showed it to Rafael, and he could easily tell it was Karens'. "I know because she says 'girl' at the end of her sentences alot, and I can also tell by her handwriting." So, Rafael and I went to lunch and forgot about the whole note thing. But then someone else brought up the idea of me and Rafael "going out." It was my friend Zach this time. He came up to me while I was eating, and said:
"Jose Luis wants to know if you want to go out with him."
"No." I said.
"Oh, why?"
"One... why doesn't he ask himself? This is the second time he's asked someone to ask for him. Two, I don't know him too well. We were in the same 6th grade class all year, and we never had a conversation. Three, he doesn't seem to understand English very well, and he only pretty much speaks Spanish, and everyone should know by now that I cannot speak Spanish. So tell Jose Luis I said no." I explained.
"Ok... oh yeah, and one more thing; Jose Luis said he's gonna kick Rafael's a** because he's messing with his girl." Zach said and ran off.
Rafael laughed and said: "Yeah right!"
I got mad, cause I was never Jose Luis's "girl" in the first place. I mean, I never even knew the guy and he's saying that I am his girl. He doesn't own me. That's why I am so angry. Anyways, I am not ready to date yet. I think I'm too young to date. My dad agrees. But seriously, people seem to have a problem with me hanging out with Rafael. He's only my friend. it's like they assume you're going out with someone when they see you hang out with them alot. I hang out with other guys sometimes too, and they never seem to assume that I am dating him. It only happens when I am around Rafael. ;p

Well, life at school is sort of going crappy. So is life at home.

My Dad went to Mount Whitney. He won't be back until Friday. I miss him. He's the only one I can really relate too. Cause my Mom and me always fight now, and it's even worse with my Tata and Aunt here! This just isn't my week. -_-''

Grounded
I was grounded for a week... like... 2 weeks ago or so. I was just too lazy to write here on the day I was released from my punishment.
Anyways, who cares about that? Let's get onto something new...

I LOVE SCHOOL!
Hehe. I really do. I love riding to school on the bus, and seeing all my old and new friends. it's just so fun.
I have a new friend... his name is Rafael Velasquez. His last name is my middle name. 0-o lol. Well, me him and Leeza hung out alot, until today. Leeza had her schedule changed. :( So it was just me and Rafael today. We sort of miss Leeza though.
Well, before she got her schedule changed, we used to eat lunch together, and laugh alot. Whenever they same something stupid, or... normal, I start laughing. So they just talk to make me laugh,  so they can make me choke on my food. One day, Rafael said something like: "Do you smoke brownies?" and I started laughing so hard while I was drinking my milk, that milk came out of my nose. it was HILARIOUS! Yeah, that's the most interesting thing that's happened in my life so far. ;p

First Day At Fremont
I was so nervous about today! The first day of seventh grade. It's was just so nerve-wrecking. I was getting worried about everything! Would I miss the bus? Would I not find my class on time? Will the teachers be mean?
I was proved wrong, when I expierienced the day.
In the morning, I got all ready, and went to my friend, Kimberly's house. We walked to the park together. That's where the bus picked up the students. We started freaking out, because we were wondering what bus we were supposed to go on. Luckily, some 8th graders helped us out. ^^"
When we got there, I saw Brittany, and Jesenia. But, when the bell rung, we had to all go our seperate ways. :(
I had to go to Mr. Milton's Math class. I was lost at first, but I found the class. I sat between a girl and a boy... since I couldn't find any other seat that was availible. We didn't do any math. Instead we got to get to know eachother. We had to use a Venn Diagram, and find the similarities and differences between us all. We were first paired up in 3s, and we were given the Venn Diagram Sheet, and we saw if we had anything in common or not.
I teamed up with the two I was in the middle of. Eduardo, and Genesis. We had quite a bit in common, and a few differences each.
When Math class was over, I met Leeza (Lee-sa). She was in my math class, but she was on the other side of the room. I went up to Leeza asking her what Nutrition was. She explained to me that it was a break between First and second period. In Nutrition, we could buy snacks, or we could bring our own snacks and eat them during Nutrition. I didn't buy anything, because I only had money for lunch.

Leeza became my friend through out the day. We found out that we had 4 classes together. We have... Math, Survey, Science, and Language Arts together. :)
So... yeah, basically today was fun. I especially liked the Social Studies teacher. He's really funny. And he seems like a really cool teacher.

I actually think I am going to survive the year. :-D

My Dog has gone mad!
Rascal seems to have gone crazy!
Last week, we decided he could stay in the backyeard, as long as he doesn't dig up the flowers, or the grass. He's hasn't done such a thing... but... he has been acting odder than usual.
He does seem to like all the new space he has. It's much bigger than the side of the house. (Of course) But... he's be obsessed with our orange tree. All day, he goes around the tree, looking up in it's branches. He's been doing it since Saturday, and it's creeping me out! I try to distract him for the tree by playing fetch with him, but whenever I throw the ball, he ignores it, and goes back to the orange tree...
My Dad says there might be a possum in the tree, but if it is a possum, shouldn't it be scared of Rascal and run away? I'm thinking that whatever is up in that tree is like... an alien or something... and it is making Rascal paranoid. Because, I don't even think Rascal sleeps anymore!!
This morning, when I brought Rascal his wet-food, he seemed so scared. He was shivering and everything. And it wasn't because it was cold otside, because it's barely cold out here...
But I know something weird is going on with that stupid orange tree. Hopefully we'll be able to cut it down. It's not like we eat the oranges off it anyways. That tree is sort of... infested with bugs. One time, my mom saw a big spider, about the size of an old Gameboy Game cartridge. And one day, as I was raking under that orange tree, all kinds of little green bugs got all over me! At least 25 of them!! And who knows how many more cartidge-sized-spiders, and green-icky-bugs, and other scary bugs are in that tree.
The tree isn't only unhealthy with all the bugs living in it, but with it's black leaves. (Which is a sign of un-healthiness for a tree) The black leaves mean that the tree is sick, and is in need of a special... "tree-treatment". But it'd probably be best if we just cut down the tree... not only for our sake, but for Rascals' sake!
Rascal is also obsessed with the other tree in our backyard. I don't reall know what kind of tree it is, but it has these little orange fruits on its branches. We call it a "comquat" tree. I dunno... I guess it sort of fits. But... we never eat the fruits on that tree... so we should get rid of it also. We'd rather by fresh, parasite-free fruits from the store.

So in other news... (lol), today I got my schedule for 7th Grade. For first period, I have Math. Second period is "survey", whatever the heck that is. Third period is P.E, fourth period is Science. Fifth period is Language arts, and sixth period is Social Studies. I wonder if I will survive the first day... which is on Wendsday...

That's pretty much it...

The Fair!
On Saturday, I went shopping for new clothes for the new school year. I got three new pairs of jeans, and 3 cute shirts... yup.
On Saturday night, we watched 13 Going on 30. It was a funny movie. It was really cute too. :)

On Sunday, we went to the County Fair. I really didn't want to go, because I always think it's gonna be boring. It was pretty fun, though. My Sister went on more rides than me... but the kiddy-ride lines are shorter than the fast, intense rides.
The first fast, intense ride I went on was with my Dad. We went on this ride called: Mega Drop. It's just one of those rides where you get pulled up by two giant magnets, and then they let go, and you go falling. It was cool! ^^
We then went to go eat some food. I ate some carne asada tacos. My favorite!
When we were done eating, we went to go see the animals. We first looked at the bunnies. They were cute, and pretty. But they were also paranoid. Who wouldn't be parnoid when everyone is looking at you, and is touching you. Those poor little bunnies. :'(
We went back to the rides. My Dad and I went on this wave ride thingy. I don't know how to explain it, but it was fun. We went on a few more rides, and went into this little shop area. It was like a swap meet! I got this leather bracelet, and got my name on it, with little flowers. I'll get a picture of it later when I get batteries in my digital camera. The batteries went dead. :(
My Sister made out like a bandit! She got a purse, stickers, candy, and a couple of toys. I only got one thing. -_-''
When we were done shopping in the "swap meet" we went into the exhibit area, where they had art, clothing, projects, and toys made by people that lived in Ventura County. They were made by people of all ages. The art was done mostly by the 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th graders. But all the art was good.
I liked the toys people made. They were wooden toys that did stuff... lol.
After that, we went into the advertising area, which was a place that people tried to get you to sign up with, or people tried to sell you stuff. Like... "Oh, sign up with this wine club!", "This Sponge absorbs everything!", "This juicer makes juice." Stuff like that. :)
When we got out of the advertising area, we went back to the rides. Me and my sister rode on this sky-diving one thingy... and I got sick on it. We left, hoping I'd feel better, and we went to Yokazunas! The best sushi place in Oxnard!!
I don't really eat Sushi. I eat Sashimi, which is just plain raw fish. There is a difference... sushi has rice and seaweed in it. Sashimi is just fish. I eat the albacore whenever we go to Yokozunas. It's tuna. ^^
That was the end of our fun Sunday. On Sunday night, we watched this movie about Michael Jackson on VH1, called: Man in the Mirror. It was weird. 0_o

Training
This week, and next week, I am going to barely get any computer time during the day. Only at night will I get unlimited (sort of) computer time.
I am not getting it during the day, because I made a deal with my dad. We made a deal that I'd spend all day with my Dog, Rascal. I have to teach him certain tricks, like lying down, and to roll over. And I need to also play with him. So... less computer time.
My Dad saisd that if Rascal doesn't learn anything in the next two weeks, he's going to find another home for him. My Dad also said he'd get me another pet (No dog or cat) if we got rid of Rascal. But I said "No" because, no other pets are as fun as dogs. And all the other pets I had in the pass always died either in one day... or in 3 weeks.

Hehe. It is pretty funny in a way actually. About two years ago, I got one of those pretty colored fish... I think it was called a Beta fish. Anyways, I got it, and it died the day after we got it. Then I bought another one, and it too died an day after we got it. The 3rd one lasted 2 days. lol.
Then, about a week later, a PetCo opens near our house. My Dad and I go look at the pets they have, and we find a cute little rat. We buy her, and I name her Minnie. After a week went by... Minnie died. I was heart-broken, because in a week, it's easy to get attached to something adorable and sweet. So, after that day, we bought another Rat, and I think... it was a boy. So, I named him Mickey. Mickey was sort of mean, because he bit whenever I tried to take him out of his cage, or whenever I tried to give him his food. But, Mickey was pretty adorable too.
Well, about 3 weeks after we purchased Mickey, an Elvis documentary came on, and I sat down to watch it. And while we were watching it, I had Mickey with me. FOr some reason, he didn't try to run away while he was next to me. Or he didn't try to bite me either. Mickey wasn't acting like himself. I thought Mickey was tired, so I put him in his cage so he could rest.

When the Elvis documentary was over, I went to go check on Mickey. But, unfortuneately, Mickey wasn't moving. Mickey died that day, and I was crushed.
The day after Mickey died, my Dad said we can try having another rat once more. We went back to PetCo, and bought another rat. She was brown and black, so I named her Pepper.
A day after we bought Pepper, my Mom and I played with her in our living room. But she was breathing heavily, and acting too mellow for a baby-rat. My Mom said she must've been scared around humans. Besides, she was only a baby.
So, my mom and I left Pepper alone on the coffee table, and Pepper did something unexpected. Pepper has a seizure. She died right there on the table. And again I was crushed.

After Minnie and Mickey died, we buried them on the side of our house. But Pepper we gave back to PetCo. I bet they threw her away. But I am betting that Minnie and Mickey are still buried on the side of the house that we buried them by.

Long live the pets of Un-Lucky me.

The Cowboys are in town!
Here, in my town, the Dallas Cowboys are practicing. But... to be honest, I really don't care. lol. I mean, I guess it's a big deal for the people that like the Cowboys in my town, but I don't enjoy football too much. I was just amazed that they came into our small town of Oxnard to practice for their upcoming season. I guess it's cool... to some people.

I sort of had a rough weekend. It was filled with a bunch of yelling with my parents... and I guess some depression from me. I'm just tired of my parents not letting me do what I want to do. Like... they wanted me to go to Golf n' Stuff, which is this kiddy mini gold place, and they forced me to go. It was so boring.

And yesterday, my parents forced me to go eat BBQ for dinner. I couldn't eat it! My teeth were loose at the moment. But... a bad kind of loose. I had 3 permanent teeth pushing out my baby teeth, and it has just been painful. Just today, I got them taken out... but now they are super crooked! It's so hard to eat. :'(

Anyways, I think I am losing my dog, Rascal.
Last night, I took my dog in with me to sleep with my sister and I. And my Dad said that if I didn't let him out early enough in the morning, and that if Rascal pooped on the carpet, Rascal would become an outside dog, and my Dad would probably get rid of him.

And right in the morning, my Dad wakes me up, and points at the area right next to my door. Rascal pooped, and it wasn't very easy to pick up. (>.<)
So, my Dad said Rascal can't come into the house anymore, and that we're getting rid of him. Usually, he doesn't mean it when he says it. Sometimes he gets m,ad at Rascal, and threatens to take him away, but he ends up not doing it, and he ends up loving Rascal again. But I'm not really sure if my Dad is going to change his mind on this one.
